What exactly is T1MBER?
T1MBER is a practical, self-guided compliance platform designed specifically for small healthcare practices. It simplifies compliance tasks so your team can manage requirements easier than ever before.
T1MBER was built by and is solely operated by Phalanx HealthTech LLC.
What makes T1MBER different from other compliance software?
Unlike most solutions built for hospitals or large health systems, T1MBER is tailored specifically to the realities of small healthcare teams. It’s practical, affordable, and designed by professionals who have directly experienced your compliance challenges.
Does T1MBER stay updated with current healthcare compliance regulations?
Absolutely. T1MBER continuously monitors and integrates regulatory updates and best practices, ensuring your compliance information stays current without you needing to track changes yourself.

Platform Experience
Do we need technical skills or IT staff to use T1MBER effectively?
Not at all. T1MBER was built for non-technical users in small practices. The interface is intuitive, guides you step-by-step, and requires no special IT training or expertise.
How long does it take to set up and get started?
You can complete initial setup and start using T1MBER within minutes. We’ve kept it quick, clear, and straightforward so your practice doesn’t have time to waste.
The Compliance Self-Assessment can typically be completed in under half an hour, depending on your situation.
Does the platform support multiple staff?
Not yet - but hopefully soon! As we continue to grow and develop the platform, allowing multiple users for organizations is a priority. However at the moment we do not support multiple user accounts per organization.

Is this a replacement for hiring a compliance consultant?
T1MBER is a self-guided software platform that helps users organize, understand, and manage their compliance activities. It is NOT a substitute for legal, regulatory, or professional consulting services.
While T1MBER is designed to support good compliance practices, it does not provide legal advice, guarantee full compliance, or ensure audit readiness. All information and results generated by the platform are intended for internal reference and educational purposes only. Users remain responsible for verifying their organization’s compliance status and engaging qualified professionals when needed.
Can T1MBER help us pass audits and inspections?
T1MBER can help you prepare for audits by organizing documentation, tracking compliance items, and maintaining consistent records over time, but it is still limited to being a support tool. While it is designed to make the process more manageable and reduce the stress of inspection readiness, no software can guarantee compliance or audit outcomes.
T1MBER is not a substitute for professional compliance guidance or specialized audit services. Users are responsible for ensuring their organization’s compliance and for engaging qualified professionals when required.
How does the platform support visibility and budgeting?
The T1MBER platform keeps you informed with detailed reports of issues identified in the assessment, progress tracking, prioritization of tasks and project planning, and exportable summaries that justify spend compared to full external consulting retainers. Know what is complete, what is overdue, and what is at risk, to confidently plan operations and budget without guesswork.

What kind of customer support can I expect?

Something not working? Try these quick fixes.
Most issues resolve quickly with a couple of checks:
- Refresh the page or try a different modern browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari) to rule out cached files.
- Confirm you aren’t logged in under another tab or device—multiple active sessions can block certain updates.
- Verify your internet connection or VPN settings if pages are slow to load.
Seeing repeated notifications?
Clearing your browser cache or cookies will sometimes clear the storage of what has been dismissed or temporarily saved on the platform. As part of our commitment to security, we try to collect as little of your data as possible, including certain actions such as clearing temporary alerts.

Why the name T1MBER?
We get asked about the name a lot, especially because our software has nothing to do with the lumber industry.
The name began as a temporary and playful nod to the saying, “Don’t miss the forest for the trees” as its purpose is to make seeing the big picture as easy as possible for users. When naming day arrived the name had already grown roots and came to symbolize everything we strive for: strength, reliability, simplicity, and the rugged durability needed by the hardworking small practices we support.
Plus, we’re proudly based in Idaho, so it’s no surprise that we have a deep appreciation for the forests that we call home.

The T1MBER Platform may not be for everyone.
We’re doing our best to create tools that set a new standard for what compliance software can be. But we also know that every practice has different needs, budgets, and ways of working.
